Napa Valley $60. This complex, young wine needs time. It’s tannic and closed, although it has a rich heart of black currants, spice and minerals, accented by nearly 2 years in oak. Nowhere near ready, but an elegant example of classic Napa mountain Cab. Should start to be approachable after 2010.
